These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the United Trades Association ("UTA") website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
1. Membership
Membership in UTA is subject to approval and payment of applicable fees. Members agree to abide by the UTA Code of Ethics and professional standards. We reserve the right to terminate membership for violations of these standards or non-payment of fees.
2. Use of Services
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website, including, without limitation:
- Accessing data not intended for you or logging into a server or account which you are not authorized to access.
- Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.
- Interfering with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the website, overloading, "flooding", "spamming", "mailbombing" or "crashing".

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from United Trades Association, you agree to the following terms:
Program Description
United Trades Association sends text messages to members and interested parties regarding:

Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Intellectual Property
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall United Trades Association, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Message & Data Rate Disclosure
Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS/text messages sent to and from United Trades Association. The number of messages you receive will vary depending on your membership activity and preferences. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
8. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier network availability and technical limitations. UTA is not responsible for messages that fail to deliver due to carrier issues, network outages, or device compatibility problems.
9. Age Restriction (18+)
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from or market to individuals under 18.
